TOGO – Straw Melonade 8mg

Strawberry, melon and a squeeze of lemon come together like a summer jug of lemonade in TOGO Straw Melonade 8mg, a strong slim nicotine pouch. The name is a mash-up of all three, and the taste follows: sweet first, then a light citrus lift. It comes from TOGO Nicotine AB in Sweden, whose range we carry in four flavours.

Reading the name: straw, melon, lemonade

Strawberry provides the sweetness, melon softens it with a mellow, juicy note, and the lemon keeps it from turning syrupy. It is the easiest-going of the four TOGO flavours we carry, with none of the tartness of Mighty Sour or the chill of Cold Mint. Think of a fruit cup at a summer barbecue rather than a lolly. If pink lemonade is your summer drink, you will recognise the mood straight away.

Is TOGO Straw Melonade 8mg strong enough?

8mg puts it at the entry point of our Strong band. That is a step up from typical 6mg cans and a step below the 10mg Cold Mint from the same brand. With 13.3mg of nicotine per gram in a 0.6 g slim, it gives a steady, moderate strength that is easy to use through the day. The pouch is moist and all white, and it contains no tobacco.

Berry pouches side by side

DENSSI Strawberry Freeze 8mg matches the dose with strawberry and an icy twist, if you want berry with a chill instead of lemonade. Straw Melonade is the warmer, sunnier of the two. Both are slim pouches at 8mg, so the swap is all about flavour.
